A Party with a Purpose, Signature Style

The Signature Real Estate Companies honored its star personnel during its Holiday Extravaganza, a networking, dinner and dance party for 300 of its real estate professionals, December 15 at the prestigious Gleneagles Country Club, Delray Beach.

The company---now “home” to more than 900 REALTORS® spanning Florida, and entering Washington State--- recognized the achievements of its 2018 top  producers: Marcy F. Javor, Bob Solomon, David Mundt, Bonnie Berg, Nemid Schapira, Diana Vasconez, Judith Baez, Karen Wuis, Michael Laymon, The Bridges Connection Team, and Dennis Kersaint. The top-producing office companywide for total rentals and sales volume was “Pembroke Pines.”

“Very apparently, rentals are alive and well as real estate opportunities,” says Broker-President Ben G. Schachter, the visionary behind the Signature brand. Beyond its innovative agent-centric approach to real estate, Signature is one of 10 brokerages that has a discrete not-for-profit, Signature Gives Back (SGB), and it was SGB that headed a pajama/book drive at the main holiday celebration, for the Pajama Program’s Palm Beach County Chapter. SGB volunteers collected 317 pairs of pajamas and as many bedtime books for underprivileged children.

“So many children all around don’t have a good home...many are abandoned or neglected, and I wanted to be part of this organization that wants to help them with such a simple gesture,” says Judith “Judi” Birnbaum, a longtime SGB volunteer/member and organizer of the gala’s fundraising piece.
