Mintzie Gutstein

Mintzie has been involved in real estate for many years, both in New York and Florida. After earning her degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in textile design, she took time to raise her three children and work part time in residential real estate. Since moving to Florida, Mintzie has devoted full time to real estate. She has been involved in selling and listing properties primarily in "the 55 and over communities".

She dedicates her unique talents to people looking for an active, adult lifestyle. Living in an adult community affords Mintzie the knowledge and needs that caters to her clientele. Her greatest asset in dealing with people is her patience, knowledge and fortitude.
