Daniel Martin

Determination, perseverance, and resourcefulness are just a few traits that define my professional attitude. Born in Long Island,  NY and raised here in beautiful South Florida.  From an early age, my parents instilled in me a work "very" hard, work very smart mentality and did so by example. 

For the past 14 years, my experience in the real estate industry has been as the Operations Manager for one of the top municipal tax & lien search companies in the State of Florida. This experience has allowed me to accrue an extensive knowledge base of the housing market itself. I have developed great, long-term relationships with all of my clients over the years as they appreciate my honesty, work ethic, and my ability to get the job done. As a result, I understand the wants and needs of both home buyers and sellers. I will work tirelessly for each and every transaction to ensure the process is as smooth and as hassle free as possible.
