"My name is Brandon, I am originally from Upstate NY. My real estate journey began in 2019 when I purchased my own fix and flip property. I took the profits and invested in a 3 unit property in my hometown. I lived in each unit separately and fixed them up myself over the span of a year. After a year of renovations, all three apartments were fully renovated and ready to be rented. 

It's at this point that I really fell in love with real estate. Taking the pictures, listing the apartments, setting up appointments for people who were actually interested in renting them, something that I had worked so hard on. It was surreal. I found another multifamily in my hometown and repeated the process. That's when I decided that I needed to get my license so that I could share my knowledge and love for real estate with the people around me, because if I could do it, I knew anyone could.

I personally like working with people who are just getting into real estate and have that itch for the investment side of things. I encourage you to read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, it will absolutely change the way you look at investments. Real estate has been good to me and afforded me the ability to leave my small hometown in Upstate NY to move down here to Florida where I continue to pursue my dream of helping people change their lives through the power of real estate.

Outside of real estate, I'm big into the gym and I enjoy studying the stock market and crypto market. I have a 160lb Cane Corso named Blu who is full of energy so we're constantly on the move. I'd love to work with you and help you change your life with real estate the way it helped me change mine!"
